Morning.. I woke up... I might just stay at home today. Heating on. It is cold.

If I go out for a drink or a bite to eat most places here do not have heating on and its freezing in them, and I live a short stroll to the beach. Its bitterly cold here.
I do have heating on but some of us suffer from the cold more than others regardless.

It's pretty chilly here today, winter coats have been dusted off and I even had to wear gloves this morning!
@Catherine21, I'm sorry you're feeling anxious. The best thing for now is to keep trying to distract yourself with other things. Have you been up to anything lately?

@Catherine21 me too. I just can not switch off. I am trying to by watching murder she wrote.. maybe a film later on. It is hard. I need to go to the corner shop an back home. We can not control some things.

I hate living like this in my 50s a life of fear I envy people who can go to work have a life i just mask and pretend whilst inside im scared like a child I have no skills dont want to be seen cant leave house sorry to go on feel low hopefully we have a good day
