I am back home. I went to my session but weather was bad. It was Very quiet. I was in pain and down and I am a bit better mental wise but still in pain.. now relax.

It's going great! Just got my car repaired (I've waiting for it for days), I think it should now pass it's MOT in late Dec, and when walking down the street to the garage the mechanic on his way back from the auto electrician drove past me in my car, stopped, and gave me a lift to the garage, so that was lucky as it's quite a long walk. Now I've got some beers and a curry and I'm going to enjoy watching a few Youtube videos and then Mythbusters on DVD later on.

I'm doing not much better and I still get anxious and upset and stressed about certain days of work. Today I'm one again upset since my older sister & my mum just ignore very much . I already hate and I'm already very angry at her once again. If I walk away my mum will came back when I just want to be left alone . Is even worse when my oldest sister leaves. My mum get very overbearing and been very annoying with me . Get in my way to and kept coming . Does gaslight out of me . I know I never going to change my mum but just very fed up how she treat me to

Evening soon . I have no internet so I am relying in the one of the phone and my Vodafone phone company, vodafone has terrible signal in my area.. so I hope internet will return tomorrow on virgin media router. But checking virgin website it is a connection issue. It is very distressing.. as I need internet. I do not want to go outside tomorrow to be checking internet. Outside my room signal is ok if I go up or down the road a bit. Every situation makes me so anxious I just can not relax. Anyway I hope you are all ok... I hope you are all free of pain even if it is a little and also not so anxious evening.

Also I hope Gus is ok now. I hate dentists so I feel for him..…at least he was asleep. I wish we could have that choice.

oh I wish that it was easy for me to make a coffee. I have to get to the kitchen first. Do I shower or streak to get coffee now or wait. At least ten minutes for me to get dressed properly.

Morning.. still no internet. And Vodafone signal is bad. Problem is virgin media will come on Wednesday afternoon evening.. so from 4 to 7 pm.. I truly hope the internet will return before that.

My anxiety is bad . I hope it will get better.....
