Dude take no notice these youtube channels are clickbait she is wrong existing claimants that get lcwra wont be effected however new claimants will see theirs halved government website etc is best place to look youtube is full of chances talking rubbish clickbait so do not listen to these youtubers πŸ™„ you might wanna take that down or if someone sees it and takes it the wrong way misconstrued by it then they might start sharing it around as its a load of rubbish so stay away from youtube clickbaiters yeah.

yes agreed, it's not existing claimants and by watching that you'll mess up your YouTube algorithm and be spoon fed more garbage recommendations instead of videos you'd actually like.

Yes thats right however bear in mind lcwra reassessments begin in April however this is being done on a gradual level targeting certain claimants first then it will become more broad

Yes I will avoid this type of content, as end of the day they content creators, and will make headlines to draw in views, these headlines might not be accurate and cause unnecessary distress.

Yes agreed,Stuart McGoo is ok,states the facts, with no hidden agenda.

Meanwhile, regarding reassements, this is from another website,-

"Due to the backlog someone on UC LCWRA is unlikely to be reassessed unless their condition would be expected to have improved or they were awarded on grounds of substantial risk. Even in those cases it remains to be seen how many the DWP will actually get around to reassessing. The eligibility criteria used for LCWRA is not being changed and 70% of WCA will remain not face-face. So if their condition has not changed and they were reassessed they would most likely not have a face-to-face and would most likely get rewarded LCWRA.Β "

Does anyone know if the none face to face reassessment would likely be you just fill in the forms, send them back, and they make a decision from that? Or is it likely there'll be a phone call assessment after the forms have been sent back, even if nothing has changed?

Hi @Ross1975. I think that'll be on an individual basis dependant on the detail on the form and whether they need to ask any further questions.
