thank you, I’m just withdrawing back into myself to be honest. I don’t want to learn to live again where I go to music events, go out for a coffee let alone go abroad. I’m accepting things as they are now and once the final bell is rung in the next 18 years not by my own hand, I’ll be glad!
My parents are still alive, as is my Sister, My Dads Brother, His Wife and Three Daughters, they are all dead as far I’m concerned, couldn’t care less.
Im just going to continue living as I am doing, shut away in my flat with all the blinds shut, very rarely venturing outside or speaking to anyone.I’m a horrible person that should be permanently locked away in a mental health hospital in solitude.

Keep chatting here @Zippy1983
Maybe just chatting with people who feel similar could be part of those baby steps forward .
I would be happy to be a friend if that would be ok

It's very common in the mental health community as I'm the same.
I stay indoors, blackout curtains drawn, go nowhere if possible, GP etc when no other choice have very few family members left of which other than my mum I've disowned through THEIR faults and actions not mine.
However that's not to say I'm a good person myself, Oh I'm a nicer person than I used to be but I've done and said some pretty nasty things in my teens and early twenties. I absolutely detest myself that will never change.
