Hope you manage to have a restful sleep @Strawberry1 and wake up feeling a bit better, please don't apologise, you haven't done anything wrong on the forum,

Well I’ve pushed myself to start living again, over the last few weeks with trips to the cinema.
In March I’m watching Dubliners Encore in Derby - created by original Dubliners member John Sheaman. John is the last surviving member of the original Dubliners Group as he joined in 1964.
Later in March I’m going to watch The UK Rock Show in Stafford, already have the B&B booked for the night of the show. Going to make a short break of it for a few days which will do me the world of good.
As I have been experimenting with my look for the last 23 months, I’ve been wearing a Kilt with traditional Kilt Hose, with Clan MacFarlane Tartan, a Semi Dress Sporran, a Clan MacFarlane Kilt Pin, alongside this I wear Dr Marten Boot’s. With this outfit I pair it with a Rock or Metal Band T Shirt, a Leather Jacket or a Denim Battle Jacket with Patches.
I’ve been wanting a Bowler Hat for awhile now, as John Bonzo Bonham qnd Ozzy Osbourne wears wearers of the Bowler or Derby Hat, I’ve just ordered one finally now ❤️

Its ok to find me a burden here
Everyone hates me in the end

You're not a burden lovely.
And I don't know a single member who has anything even mildly negative to say about you.

Hi Strawberry 🍓
I'm sorry you're feeling rubbish. It's been a rotten week for you, hasn't it? It is a lot to deal with and this thread is the best place for you to sound off. You have friends here.

We are a scope family and there for each other. You'll never become less than an amazing individual with the most loving and caring soul no matter how much those inner demons say otherwise. We'll always be here, ready to fight your corner no matter what.

I do hate myself alot

People here would probably hate me eventually
I know that is the truth

That's part of being unwell, Strawberry. People here understand self-loathing.

Most of my life people have told me how nausiating i am .
Close family etc
Its not rocket science to work out who the bad person is .
Its me

I have to accept what i am
Pathetic , rubbish , trash and bad .

Nope never, I can sympathise with you. I've had those moments before where you hate yourself and stuck in this thought process. Just know its not your fault and you will get through this, no matter how bleak things look. You'll always have someone out there ready to pick you up again. Just take each day at a time, were here to support you every step of the way.

trust me, I've had 40 years of being told how useless, worthless and in the way I am from teachers at school to so called friends,to members of my own family.
it's almost a guarantee you'll have moments of not just believing it but sharing the view of yourself because of the damage it does.
but here on the forum you'll get treated like you should be for who you and not what they say, because they're not the same!
we see you, tbh people who say these things don't deserve you and same goes for any members who experience this sort of a*use.
