No their shortcomings and own problems make them hate you.
if they blame your mental illness for such behaviour it's still gaslighting and wrong.
like they're saying oh sorry but it's your own fault your mental health makes me say these things!

@Strawberry1 hope you're feeling a bit better today, ignore the 10am message it was actually sent last night And as I was and still am in a foul mood saw red with the treatment you've received from others.
I won't be much use today as I have a migraine too, but I'm here for you as are everyone else here.

As the song goes though " Haters gonna hate "
They wont hate my more than I hate myself .

I know how stupid and pathetic i sound
I would just like to rant until i feel a bit better .
Me accepting hatred from folks is me coming to terms with my wrongdoings

@Strawberry1 I always find it helps to look for evidence of what other people/your brain is telling you. Unfortunately our brains can be very unkind to us and make things up which makes us worry. Think about what you have actually done. I'm sure it doesn't warrant the amount of negativity you inflict on yourself ๐

Your feedback is noted @Rachel_Scope
Please take care of yourself

Basically @Rachel_Scope , I just told someone that 2026 would be my happy ever after due to me saying good riddens to certain people in my life .
All the hurt and upset Ive dealt with over the years made me say it
I was at my wits end @Rachel_Scope
0 -
I wasnt saying to upset them
There were things occuring @Rachel_Scope that gave me a reason to say what I said .
0 -
We've all said things in the moment and people have taken it the wrong way @Strawberry1. It's a completely normal thing to say when you're feeling like you're finally having a breakthrough and things are going better. You definitely don't need to explain yourself to me ๐

I definately had my reason for saying what I said
In my eyes it was a way of sticking up for myself .
Some people dont take to kindly to that @Rachel_Scope
I dont want to be treated like a idiot or a verbal punchbag
At the end of the day we are only human and we can only take so much @Rachel_Scope .
If me standing up for myself makes me a bad person
Or more hated then i will accept it
0 -
You should definitely stand up for yourself! It doesn't make you a bad person, everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

I do believe lots of people i know see me as weak @Rachel_Scope .
Alot of people think of me as unusual ( maybe I Am ) .
Alot of family members disagree with nearly everything I say and do .
A lot of the time i cant win .
If life is one big test then Im certainly being pushed to my limit .
I dont think Im better than anyone else never have done.
I just wished i was stronger than I am
I might not make things as rubbish as what they are .
Maybe everything that goes wrong is my fault
Im neurodivergant ( thats why Im a problem )

If im in the wrong @Rachel_Scope
Then i need to learn a huge lesson
If ive caused myself more enemies I only have myself too blame .
I will accept Im difficult
I will accept I have many faults
And i wont class myself any better than anyone else
And the biggest thing of all is I always apologise always

Everyone's unusual in their own way. I'm definitely unusual in some respects! We can't please everyone and we shouldn't try to. Being neurodivergent doesn't make you a problem at all. You need to tell yourself that you're worthy of love and respect.

I hope i dont look like a complete and utter failure
I know i am not strong in the Mental health department but i hope i dont look like a utter failure in everyones eyes
0 -
And i apologise wholeheartedly for my inconvenience as a person and my utter uselessness of not being strong Mentally
0 -
Sometimes Sorry never seems enough but i am sorry i have ranted so much .
Im sorry from the bottom of my heart
0 -
You really don't need to apologise for anything @Strawberry1, I promise. You're not a failure and you're not useless. You're a lovely person, keep reminding yourself of that.
