Hi wanting to ask for advice me and my partner were due uc review telephone appointment this morning theyv cancelled last min and then moved it to next friday then cancelled again so now its on the 12th then I called up they gonna see what they gonna do as I see it as they can message on my journal if they cant call im so stressed I phoned uc up they r very rude and keep hanging up I then said u would sanction me if I didnt show up they saod yes I feel sick and poorly now :( is there anything I can do

    I don't believe messages wouldn't be suitable as it is a formal telephone interview.

    Ok thank u when should I make a complaint iv left note on my uc explains how im feeling now because now im all confused and cant settled

    Iv just made complaint i dont want anything from it other than them to bring that reivew begore the 12th dec
