Not only an appalling situation - but their response is almost to blame the guy for using a wheelchair! Saying that he should have checked!
I hope they sort it out for him and he gets to go on holiday somewhere!

A disabled man who won a holiday from a UK disability magazine was not able to claim his prize because the resort in question was not wheelchair-friendly.
Not only an appalling situation - but their response is almost to blame the guy for using a wheelchair! Saying that he should have checked!
I hope they sort it out for him and he gets to go on holiday somewhere!

I thought the holiday was aimed at children with learning difficulties... Even so... Very strange it's not wheelchair friendly.
