    But Sometimes we have to do what's best for ourselves, But please be sure before making a final choice

    @Strawberry1 look at it this way.

    you're on a community here with people with the same or similar conditions as you, they all care about you, they all enjoy your company and none of them have a bad word to say.

    is it possible that it might not actually be YOU that's a problem but those who ssy these things to you? I think the answer is yes

    The forum isn't what it was for all sorts of reasons but I'd say losing Albus only a few weeks ago has hit this community hard. Many others have left this year and I feel sad when I read posts like Zippy's and yours.

    There is only a handful of people signed in as I write and Scope moderators are thin on the ground during working hours; it's not you!

    You have every reason to feel upset and afraid after what you've just been through so stay with us and trust that we do care about you.
