How is your day going?

I had a reasonable night having slept for a couple of hours.
I'm looking forward to going out to meet friends later for a few hours.

The Core Group is pensioners on Pension Credit, who get it automatically.
Disabled, means tested benefit claimants, low income households, they can apply to the Broader Group, assuming you don't meet the criteria for the Core Group.
It's just the same thing as in England and Wales, the Warm Home Discount.

@Amberpearl if you're struggling with energy bills and keeping warm, don't forget you've got our Disability Energy Support | Disability charity Scope UK team who might be able to help provide some support.

I did contact them many times
Some one came and stopped off led bulbs and said I'm. On a list for loft insulation
That was may
Think they was call green something

Ok, I thought that was your consultation for Great British Insulation Team.
There is alternative support that your energy supplier might be able to offer you with bills. And outside support that our Scope energy team might be able to provide. For example, there are occasions where the Scope team can supply people who are struggling with energy vouchers.

Bless the rain, eh @michael57! Hopefully we'll have a lovely green Spring ahead after all this rain.
Sounds nice @luvpink, what will you be watching? I'm hoping to settle down with a film or TV show tonight too. Seems like the perfect thing to do on a rainy Sunday!

After another difficult night trying to sleep i finally nodded off on my recliner chair for 4hrs which was fantastic. On waking up i spent the next hour washing my face, brushing my teeth, and trying to make a hot drink. Now reading through the various topics here on the brilliant Scope forums. Weather outside looks wet and miserable but rain means wildlife have access to drinks which makes me happy because during the hot summer months i get so stressed thinking maybe wildlife can't find water. What i'd like to do next is watch Match of The Day on the BBC iPlayer but i can't remember my password.
