    I am looking forward to going to a local social club today where we are having bingo, a quiz a raffle followed by a seventies glam rock band and then a disco for some ones birthday.

    Needed to buy some food..got my brolly and my wheelie but back home. Weather is really miserable. Thank goodness i went out yesterday. Weather was nice yesterday...but it did get worse hours later. Today it had been raining since early morning.. back home .

    By rights I should be in Leeds now attending the Super Con but the staff member assigned to go up with me's rung in sick and there were no other drivers available.

    I've had a good day 😊 got off the bus, realised I'd left my best umbrella at the Coop, hauled myself and my heavy rucksack back to the shop and my umbrella was behind the counter. Plus, I saved 20p on milk on top of my 20p membership discount. I am one lucky bunny!

    Today would have been my mums 92 birthday

    Sadly she passed away in 10 Jan 2000

    Miss her so much
