I agree with @MW123 especially re the layout, I use my 'phone and thought it was a gremlin, or something similar, and was trying to adjust settings etc 🙄😅, thank you!

I've sent you a PM about this @Chris75_

Maybe shut it all down and turn it all back on, that's what I do usually. Doesn't always work though 🙄🤣.

I have had a couple of people putting me down for my point of view dosent match there's. I withdraw as critism is hard, especially if you be through abuse. I think that having a point of view, different to others, shouldn't cause people to think that there right and your wrong. Everyone has different perspective of looking at things. I tend not to come scope much now. Only really to look at benefits advice. As I feel it's not good for my mental health

Ad hominem - insulting/attacking the person, rather than focusing on what they said. I have seen that happen here, a lot.
No need to insult others, especially here. If you can't respond without insulting or getting angry at someone, then just don't reply and move on. You do not need to reply to everything.
Most of what is posted on Scope is done so to create meaningful discussions, to share information and ideas.
It's not always easy to leave emotions out of it, but the saying "if you don't have something nice to say" comes to mind 😄.
You can disagree with something without being hurtful and unkind.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESPOND TO EVERYTHING ON HERE.

May I just say that it's good to see you @Andi66 - we share hypermobility problems, & I know you have so much else going on too.
I agree with @Ross1975 - & it seems many others do too.
@Well_Well_Well - what can be said other than you very 'well' & appropriately responded too! I think you've put it very succinctly, thank you.

Thank you, yes I take things to heart, having Autism does that.
I used to dread seeing I had notification that these people had put a message on. Which wasn't nice.

Have you considered turning off notifications?
I have all notifications including tagging turned off on here, and many other websites/apps.
That way I'm in control of how I use a website or app.

Several members feel they are targeted by others usually the same ones. So when they post anything it is immediately criticised.
They feel their opinion is undermined when they are trying to help others, or looking for support themselves.
We should be looking to support and help each other, not make another member feel worse than when they came on the forum.
We seem to have lost the ability to have a difference of opinion with respect for each other.

This place does have issues, but it's nowhere near as bad as some other forums I've been on over the years where they attack you for the slightest thing.
I permanently deleted my Twitter account last year because of how toxic it was/is, especially when anything Political, and I'm strongly considering deleting Facebook, and this time it STAYS deleted.
