    i am not sure what happened but i could not sleep…. a had a terrible night. i probably slept about 4 hours…. well.. i hope i will have a better sleep tonight..

    i have to go out at some point and i will come back i guess by 4 pm more or less…

    weather is so so.. but i have no choice… i need to go out. i stayed at home all weekend.

    I. Have 3 new health conditions to add

    Not sure where to add them

    I don't really have evidence

    I have phone numbers of thw physio and cardiology

    I'm. Still waiting more results from December

    @Amberpearl Maybe you can contact your doctors so they can write a letter for you. Or just provide them with and old letter. If nothing changed i guess it will be ok. Maybe you could contact ageuk but they are busy. .. they have helped me in the pass. They help regardless of your age. Good luck with your form.

    I googled Citizens advice pip form or something like that and it was really informative in explaining pip descriptors and it gave advice how to complete the form.

    The sun is shining here and it looks like a beautiful day out there, but I have been too exhausted to go and enjoy it.

    I had to go back to my bed to rest for an hour.

    It feels like life is passing me by.

    i am ok…. i am taking it easy… it is hard but it is the only way. i will start doing what my friend is doing which is to stop watching the news on the telly, papers etc…… as all that is so depressing. and probably start reading something else…

    now time to relax watching tv…

    they play a nice film at 4.30 pm….. magnificent obsession… it is a nice film… old 1954.. rock hudson and jane wyman .. at nine they play erin brockovich… it is an interesting film… before that entrapment but i have seen it before.. i will see.. maybe i will see it again… all in film4 channel 14..

    and after that bedtime. i hope to be able to sleep tonight as yesterday was a nightmare…. and i am tired…

    but yes future is bleak but it is better to think about today and not tomorrow. and today i am ok. i dread paperwork so i feel for you.. i hate it….

    Managed to get several Xbox achievements this afternoon.

    Going to Mencap Gateway after tea, I wouldn't normally be that bothered at my age but they keep asking me about going.
