    Good morning everyone one.

    The sun is shining here and I'm going out later with friends for a bite to eat.

    I was so bored stuck home on my own yesterday and the time dragged on slowly but I do need to pace myself and have rest days.

    Good morning, very exciting day, cannot wait for 6pm (UK time) and the Artemis II lunar flyby when they go round the moon and they'll be taking high resolution photos with the astronauts speaking about their observations. Very brave job they do! ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Yeah I've just had it on in the background, I think it's the Grand National at Aintree this weekend, I'm considering a small punt.

    I didn't think I would make it out today as I felt really unwell this morning but I rested on my sofa for an hour and after that I managed to go out to meet friends and we had a nice day.

    Off to bed now and hoping I may get some sleep tonight.

    Well it's not even 10 o'clock yet and I've already had one of the best birthdays ever.

    Loads of presents from the staff, including a mug, clothes, a new Batman costume with cape and mask (which I might wear on Sunday), and an Xbox accessory kit (not sure if the headset will work with the hearing aids but I'm grateful)
