    That manual is dated July 2021.

    These "compliance checks" started up a few years later.

    So that particular manual might not be used to guide these checks. There might be something else which does allow them to ask the level of detail that they do. Or not 🤷🏼‍♀️

    I saw your post about the class action against the DWP regarding bank statement harassment and data breaches.

    I have been harassed by the DWP for three years. I have a three-year journal, a doctor's fit note for stress and raised blood pressure, and evidence they have ignored my medical records.

    I want to join the class action. Please could you give me the contact details for the solicitor at Stetfords Solicitors? Or tell me how to get in touch with her directly?

    I abs hate these reviews

    They really scare me

    And my anxiety goes through the roof

    I've done nothing wrong

    Was adked for 5 months bank statements and photo I'd first time

    Thsn 4 months bank statements and proof of rent

    That's totally understandable @Amberpearl - it's very invasive. Hopefully you're done and dusted now for a while?
