    I had a really good day, lunch at home with friends and then a short stroll to our local pub.

    I have watched the soaps on tele this evening.

    Its lovely and sunny here.

    I'm going a few miles away later to a different sea side town from where I live.

    Its very beautiful and its nice to enjoy the change of scenery.

    Did anyone get up to anything fun over the weekend? I'm moving house soon so all I do at the moment is pack things into boxes. But we get the keys on Friday so the end is in sight!

    With all due respect to the Legion members, most of 'em would be in the same position, old War Veterans from either the first or second World War, and possibly a bit frail themselves.

    That is annoying, I used to nod off during the day as I was exhausted even though I used to get a full nights sleep. I booked a blood test, turns out I was/am anemic. Not sure if you’ve had a blood test recently, if not ask the gp to test your iron and vitamin d3 levels.

    I had a good day.

    It was very unusually quiet at the seaside resort I went to.

    I was surprised to see it like that as its normally so busy with tourist.

    I'm off to bed soon as I have an early start tomorrow for a hospital appointment.

    I'm having a quiet day at home and I'm exhausted from lack of sleep.
