    I hope you have a good day at work.

    I used to do shift work and when I worked late shifts time seemed to drag just waiting to start.

    I preferred working early or nights.

    Very kind of you @Emilee to ask, thank you. I'm just in the process of setting up a second 'back up' plan for my 'mutts' as back in hospital soon following appt this am. The 'irony', if it can be called that, is that those who let me down recently haven't actually hurt me, only my dogs (not my dog sitters fortunately though, who are worth their weight in gold and more). I'll continue on the Pets Corner thread when I get a minute (or more like 20 mins or 'essay' 🤣, as the case may be, if that's ok.
