Hu @Lyndseyss welcome to the Community. I hope you enjoy your time on the forum. Any questions just ask.

I do not have the answer to your question myself, but I have tagged @Mary_Scope who is our Children and Family Specialist. Hopefully she will be able to help you next time she is working.

    Take care.

Hi @Lyndseyss and a warm welcome to the community from me!

What sort of hobbies and interests does you son have? Or is anything he likes to do?

Have you explored your local offer? The local offer should contain information about local support and services that your area provides to disabled people so hopefully there will be information on there about any local activity clubs relevant to your sons interests.

There is also Gig Buddies which is a great scheme and worth looking into as it is all about friendships as they will match your son with a volunteer who have the same interests and hobbies!
