It turned really quite hot here as the day went on.
It was busy in the city.
A lot of shoppers were buying summer clothes.
I bought 3 summer camisole tops, a pair of comfy flat slip on mules and a pair of earrings.
I must have a sort out soon and donate some clothes to a charity shop.
All in all its been a good happy day for me.
I'm having a relaxing evening.

I've got a friend visiting in a bit, and then probably won't be doing much except gaming to get some last minute end of the month achievements.
Busy weekend planned, Taekwondo seminar in Penistone tomorrow morning, then Karaoke in the George after tea tomorrow night.

Sounds like a jam packed day @SheffieldMan1976, what is you go to karoke song?
It's much cooler here today too @Amberpearl, are you enjoying the milder weather?
Does anybody have any plans for the weekend? I think I'm just having a quiet and relaxed one after a busy couple of weekends! Hoping to try out a new coffee shop and find some bargains in the charity shops!0 -
I have a few favourite Karaoke songs, when I was in last week I did Bat out of hell by Meat Loaf and This Ol' House by Shakin' Stevens, I've also done Daydream Believer by The Monkees, and Cats in the Cradle by Harry Chapin.

Been to the library to sort out my free bus pass, I couldn't work it out on my tablet.
The library staff were extremely helpful, and took my picture and filled in the online form.
When it came to my renewal date for ADP, I didn't have a clue, my days and years are a blur, I couldn't guess when I was last assessed.
The library were able to find out the date in a couple of minutes, they can connect straight away to the relevant staff online.
No idea why I have put off getting my bus pass, all these years.

I need to pop up to the Library myself, I've got a CD to be collected by next Wednesday.

Morning everyone. I hope you all get to enjoy the sunshine, or the shade, depending on what you prefer!
What CD are you collecting @SheffieldMan1976? My 15yr old son came home with 2 CDs the other day and I reminded him that we don't have a CD player ๐ We're going to have to dig out an old XBox so he can listen to them.

Fisherman's Friends, the irony is, it's probably the same CD I got from the Library in Chapeltown last year.
The CD player in the Kitchen also doesn't work so I have to use my Xbox.

I have 2 Bose Wave IV, they only have radio and cd capabilities. I doubt i will ever find their like again, if/when they pack up.

Damn you, I'm VERY jealous, going down to PI's been on my "Bucket list" since I saw the first Fisherman's Friends movie.
Although I did attend their concert at Sheffield City Hall last November.
