Hi @Amberpearl hope you're keeping as cool as possible in this heat. Nothing out of the ordinary or to worry about, they're just automated messages keeping you informed of where things are. โบ๏ธ

It's lovely and sunny, and so far I'm managing to keep the room I'm in reasonably cool by keeping the window, blind and curtains closed and the fan blasting away. I hope you're all managing to keep as cool as possible.
I am dreading another warm night though. ๐ซ

You need a Mulberry Silk duvet, i wouldn't be without mine. Shop On TV don't pay me royalties, but perhaps they should? ๐ค

Ray Kennedy is 84 yo, he must be one of those workaholics we hear about; either that, or he is in alot of debt!

Phew
So I've nothing to worry about
I don't want another assessment

Sorry if I've not understood @Amberpearl (the heat's getting to me a bit), but it said they had the form, so I presumed you were being reviewed? It's difficult to say whether you'll have to go through an assessment at this point, but the message is just standard letting you know they have the form and are processing it.

Its been a glorious sunny day here and it was around 25 degrees, so not too hot.
I went out and met friends.
All in all I had a good day.

Good night everyone.

I had on a woolly hat and mitts on when out with Gus earlier, a thick haar rolled in about 19:00, it was quite chilly by 21:00 when I went out. I could have done with a set of woolies underneath my clothes, but the were all washed today.
A meteorologist on BBC News earlier, they were talking of 45C temperatures in southern England and Wales by mid century. I suppose few of us will have to worry about that, but it's a sobering thought notwithstanding.

Good morning.
It rained here overnight but the sun is shining now and its looking like another nice day.
I'm going out later to get some grocery shopping and to sit down somewhere to enjoy the sea views.
I hope everyone manages to have as good a day as you can.

Thanks for confirming ๐ Well, hopefully you won't need to have an assessment but if you do, it's quick and easy.

Morning everyone! How are we doing in this heat? Are you managing to stay hydrated?
0 -
17C and overcast atm, I am really struggling with these oppressive temperatures. ๐ I still have 4 pints of Tennent's in the fridge, I will hydrate myself after I walk Gus tonight!

That sounds like a lovely temperature. It's currently 29 degrees here!

That does happen where I live, but not very often. Aberdeen got 29C on Tuesday past.
