Pizza was much enjoyed, thank you! The game not so much! I'm glad we won but there were some moments that it did not feel like I was watching England play..
The Austria-Algeria game was amazing though.

More like England stuttered to a lucky 2-0 final score. Their defence was all over the place though, they were lucky that Panama missed the goal a few times. Phew!

Hello :) Glad you enjoyed your pizza! England I am finding a hard watch too. I thought Bellingham performed well enough but Iโm not very impressed with the rest. Iโm sorry I missed the Algeria game and the Colombia game this is a shame but hopefully I can see some highlights

Evening everyone, so we made it through to the Last-32 and the first match of the knockout rounds is already underway from 8pm (BST): South Africa (@vikingqueen and @Adam____F) v Canada (@JoeGro)
Itโs been pretty even so far, but I fancy Canada to prevail!

Will you be joining us for another batch of knockout games today? I found last nightโs tie between Canada and South Africa a bit of a chore, but hopefully the games on this evening will be more lively.
Tonight we have:
6pm (BST): Brazil (@kreacher) v Japan (@DazzaC)
9.30pm (BST): Germany (@WelshBlue and @jfc9419) v Paraguay (@kieran04)
2pm (BST): Netherlands (@argh and @Nigel_56) v Morocco (@Anhedonia2 and @Tazzi)
Iโm hoping for different results, but Iโd be surprised if anyone other than Brazil, Germany and Netherlands advance. What about you?
