    Good morning.

    Yesterday didn't go according to plan.

    My hairdressers turned up in floods of tears and unable to do my hair.

    (Personal problems) so I rebooked another date.

    I'm having a quiet day in as I really don't feel well.

    I had to cancel meeting a friend but I need to lay in my bed.

    I'm supposed to be going to see an ABBA tribute band with friends this evening so I hope I feel a bit better by then.

    very sunny outside, may have a sit on the Rollator later. Tough nights sleeping, tossed and turned until eventually waking in the early hours. Sat sorting some bills and then had a McDs Breakfast.

    I had the fans on in the evening and the bedroom one all night. I hate that cos it's a spike on the Leccy bill. 22c at present and not too bad. 24c will be the best shortly.

    I'm going to try soon though there's a bloke doing some work in the garden. He's constructing a little patio area for the Upstairs neighbours to plonk their table on.

    Good morning.

    I did manage to go and see the ABBA tribute band last night.

    It was a nice evening out, but they aren't really very good at taking off ABBA.

    I had another sleepless night.

    Its sunny here today and a bit cooler.

    I have a man here decorating my lounge/kitchen.

    Its going to take two and a half days, so I'm relaxing in my bedroom while its being done.

    Morning or Afternoon All not sure what part of the day I am on 😴 only had just over five hours kip. Feel completely washed out to say the least. Going to spend the day watching tv, shut down and run the white flag up the pole. Got meds being delivered which is a weekly occurrence. Going to attempt an early night, got hospital in the morning for a blood test and chest x-ray. I need to seriously have a word with myself, try to get myself into a set routine. But when you have multiple mental & physical health conditions it makes it that bit harder to stick to it.

    Lovely morning here! Before it got too warm and I came back inside to ignore the washing up, I was just doing some weeding in the garden and met a gigantic spider who I've named Rufus

    Routine can be so difficult when you're managing everything else @Rag_793. Hope you manage to rest up well before your hospital appointments.

    I'm guessing by your tone you're not frightened of Rufus @justj74! Do you know what kind of spider he is? We have tons of woodlouse spiders in our garden. They're not too big, but they're a amazingly striking red-orange colour. I find them really beautiful.

    We get along great as long as they don't surprise me when I'm in the shed!

    I think Rufus might actually just be a garden spider… and a she, too! I'll have to pay attention next time he jumps out at me

    The woodlouse spiders sound lovely and colourful

    I have gone around the flat, closed all windows and blinds. Just going to shut the world out today, with me being exhausted the old mental health has come to say hello too. Going to try and watch the final three Harry Potter films today, before starting on the prequel’s over the weekend.

    Good morning everyone. My plan for today get to Huddersfield train station then buy a return to Manchester and also a Cheshire day Ranger. I will then hop on a train to Manchester Piccadilly then most likely train to Liverpool and either then on the Mersey rail to Chester or up to New Brighton. With the ranger I have the freedom to travel anywhere in Cheshire and Merseyside except Southport. See how it goes. Nice day out change of scenery and it's not too hot either. have a nice day everyone and take care.
