Hi @Anhedonia2 speak to ACAS and find out where you stand then start applying for PIP.
You must dread going to work everyday, try not to let it make you ill.

Best thing you can do.
Don't let them bully you out.

@Anhedonia2 Hey :) I was shocked to read they wouldn’t let you keep to a 9:30 start, I really think this should be okay and that it should be allowed as a reasonable adjustment to help you. It seems like there is a concerted effort going on to undermine you and this is so sad. I can appreciate how this can make someone feel having felt anxious and unwelcome myself and it’s not a great feeling to be going into every day. I really hope you’re okay and really good that you’re reaching out to people here on this community and receiving support and warmth. You deserve so much more than what you’re receiving from this workplace.
I hope you were able to eat something tonight? The appetite suffers I can understand :( I’m back up to two meals a day since my PIP review forms. I’ve been going to that secret garden I showed a photo of, still go and find it peaceful. And I still wear my sun hat too :) It’s my birthday this weekend and I don’t know what to do for it

Hope things go well with ACAS today @Anhedonia2. And hope you're doing ok.

@Anhedonia2 Hello, I hope you’re okay? :) I was thinking of you and wanted to ask how you are after what you shared recently
