Decision maker phone call after mandatory reconsideration request

Hi , is it a good sign if they have phoned me to clarify things on my sons DLA MR ?

I received a call from my mr checking points i disagreed with where the 1st assessor clearly lied about what i said i clarified tge points informed her i was now on the waiting list for a hip replacement and also on an additional pain medication gabapentin she asked if id been in prison or a care home and coukd handke a lump sum and checked my bank details that was 7 days ago and not heard anything does this mean i have been turned down again

my daughter applied for PIP last year and was awarded 8 points so didn’t get an award. We didn’t appeal because we was in the middle of moving home. Her condition remained the same offering the same challenges and some worsening experiences due to her condition. This year in April she applied again and scored 0 points despite having two calls and me keeping a detailed diary for more than a week. I was furious because the assessor clearly didn’t take on board anything said on the calls nor read the diary as some of their statements were hugely contradictory to the information we provided. I got permission to have an MR.
This was around 4 weeks ago. Today she received a text to say they’ve been trying to contact her and will call at 4pm. They asked on the phone and asked her if she was still interested in claiming, and if she would want to use the motability scheme, asked her if she had started any new medications (which she answered yes to) they confirmed her bank details and asked if that’s where she would want any back payment sent to. Lastly she was told a decision would be made tomorrow and that she’ll be informed in 7-10 days. Is this common ? Although, it seems it could be. I’m so hopeful for her but at the same time worried because it seems that people still get a no after those sorts of questions
