I am not aware of Scope providing this service. Can I ask what forms you are needing assistance with, our members have a wide range of experience and may be able to help you or let you know who might be able to assist.As an individual I stood alone.
As a member of a group I did things.

Scope doesn't offer home visits to help with forms. Some local advice centres help with form filling but very few offer home visits.
Please asks questions here and our benefits advisers will do their best to help.
