I'm a mum, wife, carer and love cooking, I've struggled with depression for years and had a breakdown aged 40, survived my mum passing when I was a teenager and my dad and sternum in my mid 20's, but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, Yeah?

You're in a safe place here, and among friends, so don't be shy of telling us about yourself or of asking any questions you may wish to. The better we get to know you, the more easily we may find ways of helping and supporting you.
My dad walked out when I was about 10 years old and I've struggled with anxiety and depression for many years. And yes, what doesn't kill you does seem to make you stronger.:)
