Hi lili

Hello Lili @lili and a warm welcome to the community. That's quite a list of battle wounds, and I'm sorry you have been through and are going through so much. I only hope we can find ways of making it easier for you.
There is a range of categories on the site that you might find interesting to visit and to see what's happening, from posts on ASD to posts on fibromyalgia and any number of other things. Have a look through the list here: https://community.scope.org.uk/categories. Perhaps you could have a look and let us know how you get on?
And if there is anything at all that I might be able to do for you or help you with, please, please, please be in touch.
Very warmest best wishes to you,
Richard -
