I have not long had a full hip-replacement and am frustrated at how everything is seemingly just beyond my reach...literally and I have to say emotionally at the moment. Feeling upbeat one minute and quite low the next but throughout it all I am glad I had it done and wish I had not let my fears delay such a life-changing operation.

Just a quickie as I need to have a bit of a lay down (I am dealing with Fibro which is a pain in all senses of the word) just to say thank you for such a warm welcome.

First priority always - take care of yourself. No pressure here, no hurry. Just here and listening.
