    Hello Leanne @leannebottom80 and my apologies for not being able to get back to you sooner.
    To answer your first question; I'm fine :smile: I hope you are. And really -  to begin answering your second question -  that's the first thing we want to know: are you fine too? Or are there things making life difficult for you at the moment? If there are, what are they, and how might we possibly be able to help?
    What we want to know really are the things that you would tell any other new friend when you met them, especially if you could be confident that the new friend concerned was a real friend and not someone who was going to disappear if things got a bit difficult.
    We are here for you, you see. Here to listen, hear to chat if it helps, here to listen to rants when something has made you really angry, to moans when something has hurt you, and to offer advice (or direct you to better advice) if you've got any problems that we can help with.
    I hope that makes some kind of sense?
    And you're free, of course, to ask any questions, in order to get to know us better too.
