Hello everyone, 

My name is Luc and I am currently studying MA Fashion Retail Managment at London College of Fashion. I am currently working on my dissertation regarding the impact of retail employee's service quality on generating the loyalty intention of people with disabilities. 

I was hoping that you might be able to help me by completing a simple survey which would take approximately 5 minutes or less to complete. It would be anonymous and the data will be used strictly for the dissertation only. If possible I hope you could help me to share it through your network.
