Hi my name is sharon I am 60. i have mobility problems plus other health problems. I very recently moved to nottingham area.my intetrests are varied i love crafting i make cards and do cross stitching .recently began knitting.
I like reading and recently began the colouring books that when i stressrd find they relax me.

“Distraction” is a very big copping mechanism for me in the ongoing battle against my “Pain”
