in Start here and say hello!
hi. After an accident two yrs ago I am left with physical disability.  Only just excepting it and feeling I need some help to make the most of life and to move forward

    I would suggest look at our advice and information on benefits. Qualifying criteria.

    Have a look at also CAB. For other benefit advice and form filling in.  There website . Add to that DWP as well.

    What other help do you think you need?

    Ask the community. We a friendly supportive community. Care and share.
