    I'm bedbound disabled with Severe Arthritis and Fibromyalgia amongst many other things ... I'm a mother of a teenage girl who has mental health issues.
    Before I stayed at home to bring up my daughter I was a Secondary School teacher ... teaching English, Media Studies and Drama ...
    I'm Scottish and fiercely proud of it !!!  :smile:

    I'm VERY ANXIOUS today because a holiday charity through Social Services paid for us to go for a long weekend to a Haven Holiday Park, starting today ... So I will be leaving my home to go on every piece of public transport to get there ... in my electric wheelchair ... I'm scared stiff ... would value encouragement :-)

    You will be fine! I went on the bus fort he first time last week in my powered wheelchair, I too was anxious but it went absolutely fine! Hope you have a lovely weekend!

    I'm going on a small bus, a tram, a train and then a mobility taxi !!!  Very anxious but thank you for the encouragement :smiley:
