Hi I'm Beastly, I'm 48 and have had chronic pain since a failed discectomy in 2006. No official diagnosis though a physiotherapist told me it's all in my head and he couldn't help if the morphine etc. that I'm on didn't stop the pain!
I have social anxiety, depression and am permanently tired. (I hate seeming like a whinger so that'll do on that score).
I try to do things like housework, cooking, gardening, though I'm limited and it's getting harder now it's getting colder. I enjoy swimming a few lengths and doing aquafit, water is so freeing! Also reading...a lot, up to 10 books some weeks
Anyway, hi everyone
