in Start here and say hello!
Hello, I have been 'disabled ' for 25 years now. Taken time to accept that 'lable'. Learnt to live with 'unwanted lodgers' M.E. Meningitis and osteoarthritis. Gained a lot more than just a thick skin. Always hoping people see beyond the wheelchair and dark glasses. Trying where possible to be a good 'ambassador '. And sharing laughter,tears, frustrations, empathy, advice and survival tips with others.
