Hello to all I have just had a PIP award of standard daily living nothing for mobility. I was awarded DLA mobility higher rate for life in 1995 I have had a car until now how can a person be deemed disabled enough to qualify for a car for life then the benefit is changed and I do not qualify at all for mobility. This is a total loss of my independence. I was awarded DLA middle care for life in 1998 so I am still entitled to the care side. I have suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis since 16 years old I am now 56 years old this illness is progressive and has completely disabled me totally but these companies have no compassion and tell a different story in their reports to the DWP then what was presented to them at the assessment any ideas of a way forward please
