PIP question

I received my pip assessment report today which was all done paper based. Looking at the report and matching it up to how many points I get for each question in total it should be 14 points for living rate and 12 for mobility. Does this mean the dwp will go by the acsessors report and award me the higher living rate and higher mobility rate
