hi ami oh in alot of pain,fell over in the garden today,pulled my neck,shoulder,arms,hurt my knees and my left ankle bone.

Fibromyalgia and ME sounds like a very painful and exhausting combination to me and my heart goes out to you. You might like to have a look at our thread/category 'Dealing with Chronic Pain'. I am sure you'll find other people there who have much in common and you can read their posts and even join in the discussions.

thanks everyone for your kind comments.
ive been on dla for years now never had a problem with it,they put me on pip said id get it til 2019 lol.they recalled me i had a face to face at home in august they gave me 0 points which is a joke,i got 19 points before ive wrote to them and done a mandatory reconsideration,ive called them a few times but all they say is its with the adjudicator.so stressed -
