Hi I'm Lesley I'm disabled and also got fibromalgia it's hard when u have pain all day and mental health it's a catch 22 I've learnt to pace myself instead of doing everything when feeling ok as I burn myself out anyway that's enough of me moaning

However, you might like to have a look at our "Dealing with chronic pain" resource and at the conversations and advice within it. I think fibro figures in there quite a lot and it will help you be in contact with others with similar issues.
