I am house bound and suffer a number debilitating health issue mental and physical. I completed my ESA50 form and sent it along with medical evidence to arrive by deadline 19/12/18
It is now 24/12/18 and i called the helpline 0800169 0410. I spoke to the advisor if they had received my form and medical evidence.
What concerns me is he said it would take 15 mins to do security checks. It did take 15 mins but this is longest i have known all for him at the end to say it was not on system yet.
is this usual 15 min for security check

Hello
The questions are to check your identity.0 -
Yes they need to know they are talking to the correct person, but 15 minutes is a long time unless their computer system was slower than usual or you had to sort through paper work to give your responses. I have recently spoken to many different organisations recently and had to do a security check each time all done in a mater of minutes even DWP.0

@charlie79 As it's a ESA50 form you will need to phone CHDA Maximus, and NOT the DWP as they won't have anything on their computer system.0
