How long does it take in total for backpay after completing the application over the phone esa underpayment

Thanks I filled in the ESA3(IBR ) form over the phone on the 23rd of novNovem having already sent the form by mail two weeks prior , I have since had a phone call from them to say it has gone to process , " how long does it take after going to process before I get a decision ?" Thanks

Hi,There's really no time scales as it all depends on backlog in your area. There's thousands of claims to go through and they say 12 weeks from when you sent the forms.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
