I have had back pain for a decade now (I'm 33) and I've decided to do a lot about it. Just here to help and share my experiences.
Basically, I have sciatica. I hate chairs without backs. I think posture, diet, and exercise is the key. I think chronic pain is just something you have to get used to but a healthy life style can go along way. Always happy to learn from others and excited to chat with people to see what I can learn and see if I can share some of my learnings. Back pain sucks.
