One suggestion is to speak to your Doctor to see what other options are available.
On our forum we have lots of members who are the same as your self. Under Dealing with Chronic pain.

Welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear about the pain you were in. How are you doing today?
I'm still in lot of pain but it is not as bad.
I've booked in with my doctor for next Monday to see what else can be done.
