Hi,
I am B12 deficient and my doctor suggested me to take B12 injections to cure my deficiency. Those injections were very heavy and painful and I am not getting the effective results. so, I searched for an alternative and I got to know about Super MIC B12 suggested by one of my friends. I have started taking it. I just want to know that taking any B12 supplement for the longer period is safe or not? Can anyone help me with this?

I also have the B12 injections and wouldn't be able to walk at all if i didn't have them.I agree that we are not medical professional and can't give any medical advice on an internet forum. Please discuss this with your GP.2
