Is B12 Oral shot is safe to take for longer time?

Hi,
I am B12 deficient and my doctor suggested me to take B12 injections to cure my deficiency. Those injections were very heavy and painful and I am not getting the effective results. so, I searched for an alternative and I got to know about Super MIC B12 suggested by one of my friends. I have started taking it. I just want to know that taking any B12 supplement for the longer period is safe or not? Can anyone help me with this?

    Hi @ireena welcome to the community! 

    I need B12 injections and have them every 12 weeks. Unfortunately we are not medical professionals therefore we cannot advise, however it is best that you consult your GP

    I also have the B12 injections  and wouldn't be able to walk at all if i didn't have them.

    I agree that we are not medical professional and can't give any medical advice on an internet forum. Please discuss this with your GP.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
