Hi,
I am B12 deficient and my doctor suggested me to take B12 injections to cure my deficiency. Those injections were very heavy and painful and I am not getting the effective results. so, I searched for an alternative and I got to know about Super MIC B12 suggested by one of my friends. I have started taking it. I just want to know that taking any B12 supplement for the longer period is safe or not? Can anyone help me with this?

Hi @ireena welcome to the community!
I need B12 injections and have them every 12 weeks. Unfortunately we are not medical professionals therefore we cannot advise, however it is best that you consult your GPDisability Gamechanger - 2019 -

I also have the B12 injections and wouldn't be able to walk at all if i didn't have them.I agree that we are not medical professional and can't give any medical advice on an internet forum. Please discuss this with your GP.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
