Hi I was awarded pip enhanced for both on 2015 I had a review on 2017 and went down to standard on both now 2018 lost mobility and on standard DL I went to cab and they helped to send in a mandatory review witch has came back the same. I am thinking of going back to cab tomorrow to see if they think I should go to tribunal. I suffer from mental health, Lupus, asthma, high blood pressure and type2 diabetes. I was still getting my monthly payment while I was waiting on a decision on the MR. Will this be the same if I put in a request to go to tribunal?

Hi,As you have an award then you'll continue to receive your payments while waiting for your Tribunal hearing. Expect extremely long waiting times for hearings because there's huge backlogs across most of the country. Some are waiting in excess of 1 year for a date.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

It is your claim and if you think you meet the criteria for an increased award then you should appeal, but it has to be your decision. If you neeed assistance then you should seek trained help form an advice agency in your area
Be all you can be, make every day count. Namaste -
