Quality of life with epilepsy

Hi! I am carrying out some research for my dissertation project and I was wondering if you could help me? I have epilepsy myself and have always been interested in quality of life and how people with epilepsy are affected by stigma, so I decided to focus my dissertation for my psychology degree on this subject. I am looking for people who are from the UK/living in the UK, over the age of 18 and currently diagnosed with Epilepsy. It is completely anonymous and should only take 15/20 mins! If the link doesn't work let me know ?
Note: study has been ethically approved by Liverpool Hope University ethics board and more information can be found on the participant information sheet at the beginning of the questionnaire below:

Hi @NifaAS, although am a Nurse, I look after those who have epilepsy on a daily basis and fight their corner as far as stigma. Am happy helping you with this and passing on some of the stuff I have experienced. Have also come across Epilem causing reduction in white blood cells. It might add a different perspective to your arguments?
