I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Great news. If that's what you've been told then it should be in your account tomorrow. If not then ring them again. Good luck.

It can take 8 weeks to receive any backdated money owed after a Tribunal win.

What was the Tribunal for and what is your face to face assessment for? ESA or PIP?

Did you have a PIP award before you went to the Tribunal? or did you re-apply while you were waiting for the hearing?

Hi everyone, I won my appeal on the 21st of May . Well done to everyone who also won . They put us through the mill . I haven’t heard anything and wondering if I should have sent my letter to the Dwp?

Great news. There's no need to send anything to DWP because the Tribunal will have already done that. Backdated money can take 8 weeks after a Tribunal win. Hopefully not too long now.
