Just a quick introduction from myself.
I'm 45 and recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and a congenative disorder. Also have gastritis,(means I can't take painkillers) and chronic IBS-d.
I am still managing to work full time, but its becoming more of struggle. Joined this group for hints and tips on keeping myself as active as possible.
